Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, nail art markers must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty products, opened applicators, final-sale items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopify001@vanshion.top with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
